Full-Time | Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts
The Charge RN – Main Operating Room provides clinical leadership while delivering exceptional perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role coordinates daily operations, supports nursing staff, collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and ensures safe, efficient, and patient-centered care throughout the surgical process.
Education: Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program
Licensure & Certifications
- California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS – American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (within 90 days of hire)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year RN experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
- RN Leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent Peri-Anesthesia RN experience
- Acute Care Hospital experience
- Operating Room / Perioperative nursing experience
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
