About the Opportunity
A leading organization is looking for an experienced Java Developer to join its technology team and contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications.
- Build and enhance Spring Boot-based Microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Work with relational databases and optimize SQL queries.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, and application modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Core Java
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Spring Framework
- Strong knowledge of Microservices & REST APIs
- Experience with Hibernate / JPA
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Experience with Git, Maven, and JUnit
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum and SDLC
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, or cloud-based applications will be an advantage.
