We’re seeking a Surgery Center Administrator to lead day-to-day facility operations, partner with physicians and governing leadership, and build a high-performing environment focused on quality, patient experience, and sustainable growth.

Oversee staffing, workforce planning, employee performance, operating budgets, and facility performance
Build strong relationships with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards, serving as a key operational liaison
Drive quality, patient safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness
Monitor financial and operational performance while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and improvement

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field
- Demonstrated healthcare leadership and operational management experience
- Direct Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership experience strongly preferred
- Hospital Surgical Services leadership experience with ASC exposure will also be considered
- Experience with accreditation and regulatory standards such as AAAHC, Joint Commission, CMS, and applicable state requirements
