Job Description:
I’m reaching out regarding a Quality Assurance Manager opportunity with a manufacturing organization in Albert Lea, Minnesota.
This is a full-time, onsite leadership position responsible for leading the site’s Quality Assurance and Food Safety functions, ensuring compliance with FDA and industry requirements, managing quality systems, and supporting continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Management experience
- Food & Beverage, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar regulated manufacturing experience
- FDA-regulated manufacturing experience
- Strong HACCP and/or PCQI knowledge/certification
- SQF, GFSI, BRC, or similar food-safety system experience
- CAPA, customer complaints, holds, and nonconformance management
- Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action experience
- Customer, regulatory, and third-party audit experience
- SPC / Statistical Process Control experience
- Change control and commercialization/new product launch experience
- Experience leading and developing a Quality team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education
The position requires working onsite in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Relocation assistance may be available for an ideal candidate.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
