About the Role:
Veracity Ventures Inc. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead operations at our facility in Pleasanton, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical environment where leadership, efficiency, and patient care excellence come together.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of healthcare leadership/operations experience
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience preferred, or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure
- Experience managing daily facility operations, staffing, workforce planning, and employee performance
- Strong experience with operating/capital budgets and financial performance
- Physician/medical staff relationship management and credentialing
- Regulatory, accreditation, quality, patient safety, and infection control experience
- Vendor, service, and physician contract management
- Experience identifying operational improvements and supporting service-line development
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
