Veracity Ventures Inc. is looking for a talented and driven Cold Forming Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Waco, TX. Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong hands-on cold forming/cold heading experience
- Experience with steel, aluminum, alloys, tooling, dies, and punches
- DOE, SPC, Cp/Cpk, process capability, and continuous improvement
- NPI, PPAP/FAI, pilot builds, and production launches
- Root cause analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, scrap and downtime reduction
- Experience supporting multiple plants, suppliers, or tool shops
- Willingness to travel 50–75%
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
