We’re seeking a Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health to provide 24-hour accountability for patient care, staff performance, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and daily operations within an inpatient behavioral health environment.

🩺 What You’ll Lead:

Provide overall leadership and coordination of behavioral health unit operations
Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
Establish performance expectations and objectives for unit personnel
Coach, mentor, and develop staff through rounds, team meetings, and performance improvement activities
Partner with physicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to address patient-care and operational priorities

✅ What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of nursing experience
Nursing degree (BSN)
Current Maryland RN license or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure
BLS certification
Experience in an inpatient behavioral health environment
