Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced OB leader to help strengthen an existing Women’s Services program and support the development of a new acute care hospital in Palm Beach County. This role offers the opportunity to lead current Labor & Delivery operations while helping shape the future of L&D, Postpartum, Nursery, and Women’s Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Labor & Delivery and Women’s Services operations.
- Strengthen clinical quality, patient safety, and physician collaboration.
- Support strategic growth and program development.
- Build a culture of clinical excellence and accountability.
- Help design future Women’s Services operations for the new hospital campus.
- Lead initiatives that improve patient and physician experience.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate’s Degree or higher
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- ACLS certification
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
- Labor & Delivery / OB leadership experience preferred
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
