The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with a BSN, recent pediatric or neonatal critical-care nursing experience, and progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with a BSN, recent pediatric or neonatal critical-care nursing experience, and progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting.
The successful candidate should be comfortable supporting nursing staff and unit operations during evening and night shifts, maintaining clinical competence in the relevant specialty, and assuming unit-level oversight when the Nurse Manager is absent.

- Current Maryland RN license or compact RN license.

At least three years of nursing experience in Pediatrics, PICU, or NICU.
- Progressive leadership experience, such as charge nurse responsibilities, precepting, or similar assignments.
- Strong patient safety, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
- Ability to support patient throughput, staff engagement, and positive patient outcomes.
- Membership in a professional nursing organization.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
