Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience developing and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Business Rules.
- Client Scripts.
- Script Includes.
- UI Policies and UI Actions.
- GlideRecord and Glide APIs.
- Service Catalog and Catalog Items.
- Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Business Rules.
- Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, forms, lists, roles, ACLs, and platform security.
- Experience with update sets, application deployment, testing, and debugging.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in New York City.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience with Service Portal or Employee Center.
- Experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server configurations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, SPM, or SecOps.
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- CIS – ITSM.
- CIS – ITOM.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience working with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
