Machine Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment.
The technician will play an important role in maintaining safe, clean, and efficient facility operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic components, supporting HVAC and AC systems, and managing shop coolant and water reclamation systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant mechanical or electrical maintenance experience, basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge, and the ability to work independently while following established safety procedures.
Candidates with machine tool maintenance experience, particularly way covers and Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) / Automatic Pallet Changer (APC) repairs, will have an added advantage.

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience, or equivalent relevant training.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, including:
- 110V
- 220V
- 480V
- 24V power supplies and troubleshooting
- 110V
- Knowledge of hydraulic pumps.
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Proactive, safety-minded approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain an organized and clean work environment.
Preferred / Plus Qualifications
The following experience is strongly preferred but not explicitly mandatory:
- Machine tool setup and maintenance.
- Way cover maintenance and repair.
- ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) repair.
- APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) repair.
- Experience with industrial hydraulic systems.
- Experience with pneumatic systems and air lines.
- HVAC and AC preventive maintenance.
- Shop coolant system maintenance.
- Water reclamation system maintenance.
- Crib Master inventory management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an industrial maintenance technician with at least three years of hands-on mechanical or electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
Strong candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting electrical systems from low-voltage 24V power supplies through 480V systems, working with hydraulic pumps, switches, air lines, and hoists, and performing preventive maintenance on machines and facility systems.
Candidates with CNC or machine tool maintenance experience, particularly ATC/APC and way cover repairs, should receive priority consideration.
The candidate should be dependable, safety-conscious, proactive, and comfortable working onsite during the first shift.
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
